拓普森离心管是应用于分子生物领域的一次性实验耗材，由高透明度的 pp 材料制成．离心管三种容量分别为 15ml, 5Oml 和 200ml 。盖内模塑有一圈圆环紧扣离心管，以防止液体渗漏，提供了完整的密封性。管体上的白色印刷区可做标记，方便使用者辨认区分。表面黑色的印刷刻度为使用者校正，圆锥底部清晰的 3 ml 刻度线更好地提高了离心管的准确度
